Renting a washer on its own makes sense more often than people expect. Plenty of apartments and older houses have a working dryer already, or a shared dryer in the building, or a laundry area where only one machine fits. Some people simply want to stop hauling wet laundry somewhere else.

What we need to know is where the machine is going and what is already there. A washer needs hot and cold supply valves, a drain standpipe or laundry sink, and a grounded outlet. In older central Denver homes these are usually in a basement; in newer builds and townhomes they are more often in a closet or a dedicated main-floor laundry area. Closet installations are the ones worth measuring in advance, because closet depth and door swing decide whether a full-size machine fits.

Installation on a first floor is free. Upper-floor and basement installations are a flat $75, which covers the second person needed to carry the machine safely. If your laundry area is upstairs or down a flight of basement stairs, tell us when you call and we will confirm what that involves before the truck is scheduled.

Swaps are free for as long as you rent. If the washer stops working, we bring a working one and take the other away.

Rentals are billed on autopay: we keep a card on file and charge the monthly rate automatically on the same date each month. Autopay is required.
