Aurora holds a large share of the metro's garden-style apartment complexes, much of it built from the 1960s through the 1980s along and around Colfax, Havana and Chambers. That building type shapes most of what we deliver here.

In those complexes, units frequently have no in-unit hookups at all, with laundry handled in a shared building facility. Those are among the easiest deliveries we do.

Find out whether your building requires deliveries to be booked through the leasing office and whether there is a designated loading area, because many of the larger properties do and both are easier to arrange a few days ahead than on the morning itself. And decide early whether you want a stacked pair or two full-size machines: in a hall closet the stacked option often fits where two side-by-side machines simply will not, and knowing which you need before you call means we load the right truck.
