Washer & Dryer Rental in Denver, CO
Rent a washer and dryer for $59 a month - $39 for your first month. Free delivery, free first-floor installation, and if a machine ever stops working we swap it for a working one at no charge.
The Swap Guarantee
If a machine stops working while you are renting it, we bring you a working one and take the broken one away. No charge, no repair bill, no waiting on a parts order. For as long as you rent.
- No diagnosis fee, no call-out fee, no excess - the swap is free every time, not once
- Usually a single visit: the working machine arrives and the dead one leaves
- Your rate does not change, and the clock on your term does not restart
- When you are finished renting we collect the machines and return your $100 deposit
This is the whole reason renting beats owning for most of the people we deliver to. Own the machine and a failed pump is your bill and your weekend.

Buying a washer and dryer means spending nine hundred dollars or more, arranging delivery, and owning the repair bill for as long as you keep them. That math rarely works if you are renting your home, managing a unit you do not live in, or staying somewhere for a year.
We rent full-size washers and dryers by the month across the Denver metro - Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Englewood, Littleton, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Golden and Broomfield, out to Parker in the southeast and Longmont in the north. One machine is $45 a month. A washer and dryer together are $59 a month. Your first month is $39, delivery is free, and installation on a first floor is free. A refundable deposit of $100 is collected up front. Rentals are billed automatically each month from a card on file; autopay is required.
The part that matters most comes later. If a machine stops working while you are renting it, we bring you a working one and take the broken one away. No charge, no waiting on a repair visit, no diagnosis, no parts on order. A machine that works arrives and the one that does not leaves, usually in a single visit. That is the whole reason renting beats owning for most of the people we deliver to - when you own the machine, a bad pump is your problem, your repair bill, and your weekend.
Most of what determines whether a delivery goes smoothly is decided before we arrive: which floor the laundry area is on, whether the dryer outlet is gas or 240-volt electric, how wide the doorway and stairwell are, and whether there is somewhere to park a truck. Tell us those four things and we can usually confirm a delivery window on the first call.
One more thing worth knowing before you call. This is a small, owner-run operation, not a national rental chain with a call centre. The person who answers the phone is the person who books your delivery and turns up with the machine, and when something needs fixing you are not waiting in a queue behind several hundred other accounts. For a service that involves letting someone into your home and relying on them to come back when a machine fails, that tends to matter more than scale does.

Common questions
What happens if the washer or dryer stops working?
We bring you a working machine and take the broken one away, at no charge, for as long as you are renting from us. There is no technician visit to schedule, no diagnosis, no part on order and no deductible - and no warranty period that runs out. Call us and we arrange the swap. It is usually one visit rather than two, which is the main reason we do it this way instead of repairing machines in place.
What does it cost to get started?
Your first month is $39 plus a refundable $100 deposit, so $139 gets a washer and dryer delivered and installed on a first floor. After the first month it is $59 a month for a set or $45 for a single machine.
How long do I have to keep it?
The minimum term is six months. After that it runs month to month for as long as you want it - there is no second contract to sign and no penalty for keeping it longer.
How does billing work?
Rentals are on autopay. We keep a card on file and charge the monthly rate automatically on the same date each month, starting after your $39 first month. Autopay is required for all rentals - we do not invoice month to month.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across Denver and to addresses across the Denver metro, from Longmont and Broomfield down to Parker and Littleton, which covers most of the metro. If you are near the edge of that range, give us your address when you call and we will confirm before scheduling.
How do I know whether I need a gas or an electric dryer?
Look at the wall where the dryer sits or would sit. A gas dryer has a shutoff valve at the wall as well as a standard outlet. An electric dryer needs a large 240-volt outlet with three or four prongs, which looks clearly different from a normal wall socket. If you are unsure, send us a photo of that wall and we will tell you which one you have.
What if my laundry area is not on the first floor?
We deliver to upper floors and basements. First-floor installation is free; anything above or below is a flat $75, which covers the second person needed to move the machine safely. Tell us where the laundry area is when you call and we will confirm before scheduling.
Will a full-size machine fit in my laundry closet?
Often, but it is worth measuring first. A full-size washer or dryer generally needs about 28 inches of door width to get through and enough closet depth to close the doors afterwards. Send us the opening width and the closet depth and we can tell you before you order.
