Broomfield is unusual in Colorado as a combined city and county, and most of what we deliver into is the newer development that filled it out from the 1990s onward.

The master-planned neighbourhoods - the areas around Interlocken, the Broadlands and the newer building toward the northwest - are made up of detached homes and townhomes built to modern conventions. Laundry is in a dedicated room, frequently upstairs near the bedrooms in the two-story stock, with modern electrical and adequate clearances. These are among the more straightforward deliveries in the metro, with the one caveat that upstairs laundry changes the install and should be mentioned when you book. That is the flat $75 upper-floor fee rather than anything complicated.

There is also a meaningful amount of attached housing across the city. Townhomes and condominiums here typically have a laundry closet rather than a room, often built for a stacked pair. Closet depth and whether the doors can come off are what determine whether two full-size machines will fit side by side; measure from the back wall to the closed door before ordering.

Older Broomfield Heights, closer to the original town centre, is mid-century ranch stock with basement or garage laundry connections. Those follow the same pattern as their equivalents in Lakewood and Littleton, including the possibility of a gas rather than electric dryer connection.
