Longmont is the furthest point we deliver to, about thirty miles north of central Denver, and it is a genuinely separate city rather than a Denver suburb. Its housing reflects that independent history.

The older grid around Main Street and the original downtown holds early-twentieth-century homes - bungalows and small two-stories on modest lots. Laundry in these is usually in a basement, and the stairs are the usual constraint: narrow, steep, and often with a turn at the bottom. Interior basement doors in houses of this age are frequently narrower than the main doorways, and that door is often the actual limiting factor rather than the stairway itself. It is usually removable, which is worth establishing before delivery day rather than during it.

Around that older core, Longmont expanded substantially from the 1970s onward and again through the 2000s to the east and south. That housing is conventional suburban construction with dedicated laundry rooms, modern outlets and driveway access, and presents no particular difficulty.

There is also a reasonable amount of newer apartment and townhome development, much of it with in-unit connections built to current standards, along with older small-scale rental housing nearer the centre where connections may be shared or absent entirely.
