Parker is one of the newer places we deliver to, and it is almost entirely a product of suburban growth from the 1990s onward. That makes deliveries here predictable in a way that older parts of the metro are not.

The housing is overwhelmingly detached single-family, much of it larger two-story homes on subdivision streets with driveways and attached garages. Laundry is typically in a dedicated room, and in the two-story stock it is frequently on the upper floor near the bedrooms. That is convenient to live with, and it means a large share of Parker installs carry the flat $75 upper-floor fee. Worth knowing up front rather than at the door.

Electrical in this housing is modern throughout, so the gas-versus-240-volt ambiguity that complicates deliveries in the older southern suburbs is rare here. Clearances are generally generous, doorways are standard width, and there is somewhere sensible to park a truck.

There is also a growing amount of attached housing and newer apartment development around the town centre and along the Parker Road corridor. Those follow the usual townhome pattern: a laundry closet off a hallway, sized to the inch, where measuring the opening before ordering is the difference between a fitted machine and a returned one.

Parker is toward the outer edge of the area we cover, roughly twenty miles southeast of central Denver. It is inside our delivery area, but delivery windows here are scheduled a little less flexibly than in the close-in suburbs, so booking a few days ahead helps.
